Around 2,350m\u00b3 of wood are used in the timber frame construction of the exterior walls with internally visible spruce 3-layer panels, as well as the interior walls and upper floor ceilings made of cross-laminated timber. The ceilings of the ground floor are made of wood-concrete composite consisting of wooden beams and precast concrete elements (visible).<\/p>\n<p>A larch cladding with projecting pilaster strips forms the attractive facade in a regular grid of 1.65m, which also frames four courtyards. The fire protection requirements are also solved with visible wood.
