    Special features<\/span><\/span><\/h5>

    In a construction period of 12 months, the Fl\u00f6tzinger Brewery’s logistics hall was built in the Schechen industrial area next to the tank farm already presented in 2023 in turnkey construction, in which all four GROSSMANN departments were involved. Under the coordination of the turnkey construction department, the internal coordination of the structural engineering, glued laminated timber construction and asphalt construction trades as well as the technical trades electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation, sanitary) and 20 other trades took place. <\/p>\n

    The structural engineering department started the leveling work and precast columns in 2023. Due to weather-related restrictions over the turn of the year, the construction process had to be changed for early use. In just 9 weeks of construction, both the aerated concrete facade and the roof structure – in a complete concept from the glued laminated timber construction department with structural and joinery planning – including temporary sealing were completed by the end of March 2024, so that the gravel leveling and non-reinforced rolled concrete floor slab could be produced as the hall floor in April 2024. <\/p>\n

    As a result, the hall could be used to a limited extent by the Fl\u00f6tzinger Brewery in May, while the main work on the electrical and rainwater drainage systems as well as the interior finishing of the office wing with lounge area and staff toilets were carried out in parallel.<\/p>\n

    Only after their completion, the main work on the roof took place over the summer, including roof greening, smoke and heat extraction system (SHEV) and rope safety devices. <\/p>\n

    In the outdoor area, a total of 3,600m\u00b2 of asphalt driving surface was installed in the northern and western areas of the hall in May and June 2024, and a semi-rigid asphalt surface cemented in with cement was produced in the southern area on an area of 4,000m\u00b2, which offers very good resistance to high forklift loads and thus the development of ruts.<\/p>\n

    When the hall was built, the expansion in the eastern area for a future filling system was already taken into account<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
