What You Do with Us
- Operating rollers for compacting construction pits, roads, and other construction projects
- Performing inspections and maintenance work on the rollers
- Compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaboration with the construction manager and other construction machinery operators
- Documentation of work processes and hours worked
your Requirements
- Completed training as a construction equipment operator or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a roller operator in the construction industry
- Driver’s license class B or higher
- Good knowledge in the operation and maintenance of rollers
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, and independent way of working
- Willingness to work outdoors and physical resilience
