Working on the general contractor side as an "in-house" planner with a varied range of activities in Rosenheim.
What You Do with Us
- Execution planning with a focus on detail planning
- Project development with draft and approval planning
- Participation in tendering and awarding
- CAD drawing in close cooperation with site managers
- Integration of BIM into the planning and implementation processes
- Depending on preference, also support of the construction management during execution
your Requirements
- Completed architecture studies
- First professional experience gained
- Interest in practical detail planning
- Eligibility to submit plans is mandatory
- Confident handling of CAD planning tools 2D and 3D
- Open interaction with planners, manufacturers and contractors
- Interest in the construction execution
