What You Do with Us
- Coordination of all work from the ground-breaking ceremony to handing over the keys
- Communication with clients, specialist planners, authorities and contractors
- Creation of construction reports with clients, contractors and in-house departments
- Ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations, specifications and building regulations
- Tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
- Quality monitoring as well as deadline and cost control during the construction project
- Billing, documentation and defect management in the warranty phase
your Requirements
- Interest in a varied job (no two days are the same)
- Motivation to work in a young, dynamic team
- Flexibility and interest in exciting construction sites in the greater Rosenheim/Munich area
- High level of commitment, strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification (technicians with many years of experience also welcome)
- Several years of professional experience in construction management / project management, preferably in the turnkey construction or general contractor environment
- Ability to work in a team and lead project teams on site to work together as partners
- Very good knowledge of German
- Ideally knowledge of contract or supplement management
