We are currently looking for a full-time Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our state-of-the-art glued laminated timber construction facility in Rosenheim.
What You Do with Us
- Organizing and ensuring smooth production processes in timber construction
- Control and coordination of machines, services and machine manufacturers
- Responsibility for the availability and optimization of the systems
- Ideally operation and monitoring of a wood chip wood gasifier and a chip heating system

your Requirements
- Completed training in the wood industry (e.g. master carpenter, wood technician) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in timber construction, ideally in a management position
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Optional: practice in the operation of wood chip or chip heating systems
