The Project
The residential complex is divided into 4 individual buildings with a three-story construction. All buildings have a basement, with an underground parking garage under House 1 and House 2. Upon completion, the residential complex will consist of 74 apartments and 2 units for commercial use. This results in a total living space of 3,410 m² and a total commercial usable area of 152 m².
On the north side, there will also be a balcony access and a residential street to develop the apartments. The 1-3 room apartments are mostly equipped with prefabricated bathroom units. After completion of the structural work last year, the turnkey work began this year. House 1 has already been completed and occupied on November 1, 2024. For House 2 and 3, completion is planned for the end of this year. House 4, as well as the outdoor facilities and residential street, will be completed in spring 2025.
