The Project
The three-story new building consists of a central area, three side wings, and a chapel connected to the east side via a corridor, which was completed in the last section of the construction project. The north wing and the central area have a basement. On the ground floor, there are publicly accessible areas such as the chapel, cafeteria, multi-purpose room, social rooms with special uses, delivery, disposal, and offices.
Construction:
- Solid construction in reinforced concrete and masonry / four stories
- Foundation RC floor slab / RC foundations
- Basement in waterproof concrete
- Design as a “white tank”
- ETICS – System with brick facing shell, with intermediate insulation
- 3 building wings (component A / B / C) and a central building component Z
Key data:
- Concrete volume installed: 4700 m³
- Reinforcing steel installed: 520 tons
