The Project
Turnkey partial renovation and partial new construction of a home for the elderly and nursing care in three construction phases as a general contractor, including coordination of the HVAC and electrical planning.
Construction highlights:
Partial demolition and new construction, as well as core renovation of a senior citizens’ nursing home and assisted living facility in Bad Aibling in three construction phases.
- Lot 1: Demolition and new construction of House C and core renovation of House B with ward-by-ward nursing stations and common areas
- Lot 2: Core renovation of Houses M and A with addition of a stairwell: These building sections consist of 1-2 room apartments for “assisted living” and, in part, nursing rooms. The complete, new central entrance area for the nursing home with an event room and lounge area is also located in House M.
- Lot 3: Renovation of the scullery in House M, adjacent to the central kitchen, which remained in operation. Special feature: The operation continued in the building sections that had not yet been renovated/already completed during the entire construction project.
