General contractor services – planning & implementation during ongoing operations
The challenging project included cross-trade planning and coordination of all parties involved – all while the horse farm was in operation. This was only possible through close cooperation with the client and the executing companies.
Project scope:
- Complete planning and coordination of all trades
- Implementation during ongoing horse farm operations
- Close coordination with the client and partner companies
Building & area:
- Four building sections: stable, spa, riding hall, head building
- 12,000 m² total area, 5,500 m² roof area
Shell & technology:
- Classic masonry, precast supports, solid foundation
- Use of 4 cranes and up to 45 shell construction workers
- Complex special constructions: e.g. 8 m high round walls
- Special foundation due to sea clay: CSV columns & micropiles
Roof construction:
- In cooperation with Grossmann Holzleimbau
- 14 arches, each with a 25 m span
Interior design:
- High-quality equipment, horse-friendly surfaces
- Coordination of over 65 subcontractors
- Up to 85 craftsmen working simultaneously
