The Project

A multi-story functional building was erected on behalf of the Augustiner Brewery. It includes modern storage areas, a new filling system, technical areas, as well as office and social rooms.

Key data of the new building:

Building dimensions:

  • Length: approx. 150 meters
  • Width: approx. 37 meters
  • Floors: Basement (UG), Ground floor (EG), Upper floor (OG)

Connection & Infrastructure:

  • Construction of a connecting structure to the existing logistics hall
  • Roofing of the courtyard area for weather-protected loading
  • Execution of all work during ongoing logistics operations
Construction:
  • Cast-in-place concrete construction with clear heights of up to 6.50 m
  • 22 m high and up to 41-ton precast columns
  • Ceilings made of precast TT slabs with in-situ concrete
  • Facade consisting of a total of 6,000 m² of aerated concrete elements
Scope of execution in a short construction time:
  • 5,000 m² roof sealing
  • 4,500 m² aerated concrete facade (partial quantity of the total facade)
  • 600 m² window areas and mullion-transom facades
Special features of the facade design:
  • Supplementing the north facade with a suspended aluminum facade
  • High-quality anodizing of the metal facades
  • Design elements edged according to a modern barcode grid
