2-story timber production building with suspended working platforms (PNO) and a 3-story office wing between a truss girder construction with cantilevered spans of 24.0m.
High demands on manufacturing and assembly accuracy for the truss girders, complex assembly work due to high component weights, and high demands on logistics due to a tight schedule.

- Glued laminated timber girders, secondary beams partially block-glued, cross-section 36×160 cm, 215 m³
- Timber roof elements as ribbed panels 9100 m²
- Office levels and connecting walkways in the hall, timber/steel truss girder, span 24 m, girder height 4.50 m, crossbeams made of rolled steel, glued laminated timber 126 m³ steel construction 216 t.
- Shed roof construction made of glued laminated timber as skylights, size up to 6.0 x 32.0 m, 257 m³
- Cross-laminated timber floor panels 1800m²
