The Project
A new company building with an adjoining warehouse was constructed as a general contractor service, supplemented by extensive renovation work on the existing building.
- Lot 1: Structural work with earthworks and clearing the site. Soil improvement measures and special foundation engineering measures.
- Lot 2: Timber construction of the hall with connecting structure to the company building, roof sealing and facade work.
- Lot 3: All finishing trades: drywall work, flooring work, glass partitions, doors, carpentry work, …
- Lot 4: Outdoor facilities with traffic areas
- Lot 5: Renovation and refurbishment work on the existing building
