The Project
The project involves the construction of a new health and wellness center using in-situ concrete construction with punched windows. The ground floor is designed as a parking deck, the 1st floor houses the wellness area, and the 2nd floor contains the fitness and course rooms.
The post-and-beam facade, the window elements, and the fire protection interior elements were constructed using metal construction. The roof was designed as an inverted roof with extensive greening, and the facade work was carried out with a thermal insulation composite system.
The turnkey overall execution was carried out without the electrical and building services trades. The complete outdoor facilities, including drainage and asphalt work, were also implemented.
